If you are the owner of a corporation and are in need of a
way to handle your payroll, we offer a couple different
solutions for you. Each solution offers a different level of
involvement, speed, and cost. Please take a look at which
one would work best for you and then contact us at your
earliest convenience.
QuickBooks which you can install on your computer. You
can access your file, input the hours your employees
worked, and print out checks with ease. However, since
the QuickBooks file will be on your personal computer, we
will need to setup a way to get your file to us. In this case,
you can either send the file to us whenever we need it
and we can send it back to you when we are done with it,
or we can setup a program on your computer that
automatically synchronizes the file to our computers when
your file is updated.
Option 2: Our second option is that you call or e-mail us
your employee hours and we can calculate the
paychecks. Then, we could either mail the checks to you,
you can pick the checks up, or we can fax or e-mail you
the pay stubs and you can write the checks out by hand.
These are just outlines of the different options that we
can setup for your company. Obviously, each company
has different needs, so these options can be altered in
order to mold them to the needs of your company. If you
